So it has been quite a while since I have blogged:0/
I'm not gonna attempt to catch up because too much has been going on
But Last weekend was July 4th!
It was a wonderful, relaxing weekend. I spent most of it at the Lake with my friends, It was so nice to not have an agenda, sleep in and have fun in the sun
Monday evening of July 4, Desperation Church put on a fireworks festival
Vendors were at Heritage Park in Cullman selling food;
We provided a few things for the kids such as facepainting
My favorite thing to paint was the Lion ... or "tiger" as most of the kids were calling it
We had a really great time and an Awesome turn out. Not sure how many were there but I know it was in the thousands range. Hopefully we will see some new faces at church on Sunday, as a result:0)

Well....that's all I got for now! I'm headed to the beach this afternoon with a few friends and have yet to pack...off to get busy!
