This weekend we had our first local outreach mission project with our small groups
Mine and Autumn's small group partnered with another small group and had a "Give it away" yard sale in the Desperation Church parking lot this past Saturday. How it works is basically, we set everything up just as you would a normal yard sale except there are no prices! which, that is the part I hate the most...so it works out!:0) We put all of our stuff together and gave it away to people that needed it. Overall, the day went really well. We didn't have as many people as we had expected, but it still went great, and hopefully made a difference in someone's life.
