Update on John
Here are a couple pics I stole off of Damali's FB
He is much bigger now! :0)
John is on the right...On the left is his twin brother James
Here is an update sent to me from someone at sonrise, so the grammar is a little off...But you get the point:0)
Baby john, he is a little smaller than James, he’s also 10 months now and growing so fast. John loves crawling a lot to every corner of the house, he has started his taking a few steps walking, he loves it a lot, he loves holding tight on things and crawling, he is more active than James. He loves playing a lot and loves toys that make sound like cars, he loves bathing with hot water and he is a fun of water. He loves swimming in the baby pool here at Sonrise.
He is a very happy baby and loves people , he smiles to everyone that loves to be picked up too. He knows how to make one happy when you are sad, he makes very funny faces that can cheer you up. He is a bit crazier than James, he does not like it quiet, he loves a wide environment and enough space where he can crawl around and have fun. He is obedient when you tell him No. he always listens and does not do any thing that is said No to.His favorite thing to do is play and pull on things, he loves eating bread mixed with porridge and sugar. Eggs and Irish potatoes make up his favorite meal and hates drinking milk , (does not seem to be a milk person
Can't wait to meet him!!!
LESS THAN A MONTH AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bootcamp Started Yesterday
It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. We just did a fit test, which basically consisted of us recording how many of each thing such as push ups, sit ups, crunches, etc we could do until until "fail" (body won't physically allow you to do more) or some of them were timed for a minute. We will do the fit test at the beginning of every class to track our progress as we get stronger. So all in all...not too bad. We just learned how things will work. I'm expectiong it to be worse on Thursday :0/
1/2 marathon training is going well!
I am able to run 3 miles comfortably, so this week I have started the "1/2 marathon training plan"
Saturday will be the 4 mile long run. We shall see how it goes!
I read this verse this morning
"Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. see I am doing a new thing!"
Isaiah 43:18-19
It was just really good to read for the place that I am right now. CAN'T WAIT to see what "new things" God has for my future:0)
Hope everyone is having a great week so far!!!
